Monsoon may knock in Jharkhand in the next 48 hours. Before this, the effect of pre-monsoon is being seen in the entire state. On Thursday, light to moderate rain was recorded in East Singhbhum, West Singhbhum, Simdega, Seraikela-Kharsawan, Bokaro, Ramgarh, Hazaribagh, Khunti, Gumla, Sahebganj, Deoghar, including capital Ranchi.
The Meteorological Department also issued alerts several times for thunderstorms at various places. In the capital Ranchi, 21 mm of rain was recorded in just three hours. It has been told in the forecast by the Meteorological Department that all favorable conditions are being created for the entry of monsoon in the state.
A low pressure area has deepened in the Bay of Bengal. Monsoon is likely to enter the state in the next 48 hours. Due to this, in the next two to three days, thunderstorms and wind speed reaching 30-40 kmph can also occur in different parts of the state in different parts of the state. The Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert for various districts in the state from June 11 to June 15.
