Railways is considering implementing this feedback system. If everything is okay then the Janmitra’s app will become an important part of the railway’s functioning. This app made by Janmitra of the students of IIT (Indian Institute of Technology) ISM (Indian School of Mines), got the second place in the Smart India Hackathon in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Janmitra got a cash prize of Rs 75 thousand.

In the smart India Hackathon held at Techno NJR College Center in Udaipur, Railways had asked nine problems to solve them and solve them. Regarding the feedback system, Team Janmitra described the main problem of the railway. Team student Vaish Kumar, Adarsh ​​Jain, Mani Shankar Vajpayee, Devendra Kumar, Shubhangi Bharti and Amisha Kumari said that machine learning and artificial intelligence will send e-mail, tweets and other feedback to the relevant department. Railways will examine the first three solutions to students’ suggestions. Then they will be considered to be included in the system.

In this 36-hour competition, more than 300 students from Bangalore, Goa, Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Chennai, Dhanbad came from other cities. The first place was KSIT Bangalore and the third place was VJTI Mumbai. The Bangalore team has made an app about listening platform anonymity to mobile. The Mumbai team has suggested in relation to the effective telecommunication system.
