16 convicts, including Lalu, Jagdish Sharma, Rana, were sent to jail in Fodder scam 

In a case of Fodder Scam, a special CBI court here sent 16 accused, including former Bihar Chief Minister RJD chief Lalu Prasad, former MPs RK Rana and Jagdish Sharma and several IAS officers, today sent to jail. The court will hear the sentence against the guilty on January 3. In this case, the court acquitted six people, including former Bihar Chief Minister Jagannath Mishra, Bihar’s former finance minister Vidyasagar Nishad, the then Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of Bihar Assembly, Dhruv Bhagat, and acquitted them of the case.

After the court verdict, all the 16 convicted people were sent to Birsa Munda Jail. Before going to jail, Lalu Prasad Yadav said that he has been implicated under political conspiracy and against this decision he will go to the High Court where he will get justice. He said that he has full confidence in the judiciary. Special Judge Shivpal Singh of CBI, in connection with the fraud case worth Rs 89 lakh and Rs 27 thousand, related to nine hundred and fifty crores of fodder fodder fodder scam, passed the order at four o’clock in the evening.

They first acquitted Mishra, Nishad, Bhagat, Chaudhary, Saraswati Chandra and Sadhna Singh, in this case, acquitting innocent. The court later convicted all 16 accused in the case and ordered them to take custody and send Birsa Munda Jail. As soon as the sentence was pronounced, Lalu, Sharma, IAS officer Beck Julius and many others were disappointed in the face. The eyes of many of his relatives and friends also got tired
